At Stitch Spring, we want you to love your new wardrobe. If a piece doesn't fit or feel quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We will notify you via email as soon as your return package is scanned into the system.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
